Our highest-grade Siberian caviar, these rich-black pearls exhibit a delicious buttery flavor with hints of sweetness. With pearls that are larger than typical Siberian caviar, these are closer in resemblance to many Beluga caviar.

TASTING NOTES

Larger pearl for a Siberian caviar. Expect an especially nice mouth feel. Mild with a beautiful clean briny finish.

Siberian caviar typically has a smaller pearl size and a very delicate texture. What makes Royal Belgian Siberian special is its noticeably larger pearls and firm texture. This Siberian is easily the largest pearl among the Siberians we carry, due to this producer growing fish for longer than most standard farms.
