Returns Policy
KHAVYAR products are guaranteed fresh, and are expertly packed to ensure that all items arrive in the same condition that they left our packing facility. Our temperature controlled packaging maintains safe product temperature levels from the time it leaves our facility for 24 hours.
Due to to perishable nature of caviars, associated seafoods and dairy products, all food sales are final. No exchanges or return claims will be accepted.
Please inspect your deliveries immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that KHAVYAR fails to ship the full contents of an order, or ships the incorrect contents of an order, an email should be sent to customer.service@khavyar.com, including images of unopened packaging, no later than 24 hours from the carrier-generated time of receipt. KHAVYAR will offer the customer the choice to either receive a refund for all valid missing items, or may ship missing and/or incorrect items to the customer, at KHAVYAR's expense.
KHAVYAR is not responsible for any delays, damages or delivery failures once the package is placed with our shipping partners. Once a packages is placed with our shipping partner, any and all shipping delays, delivery exceptions or damages must be resolved with the shipping company directly.
Please make an effort to retrieve and refrigerate your package as soon as possible.
